Precision named as official kit and equipment supplier to Nottingham City of Football project

The sports training aids and apparel specialist will supply kit and equipment to the Sport England initiative, whose goal is to increase football participation in the city.

Key aims to be met include raising the levels of participation in football in Nottingham by 25 per cent, promoting the cultural, social, health and educational benefits of football, supporting diversity among those playing football, and creating new initiatives which can be replicated across other regions in the country.

David Sanderson, brand and marketing director at Precision, says: “Precision was born in Nottingham and we are delighted to partner with the City of Football project.

“Our aim from the outset was to provide grass roots football with the kit and equipment used by the professionals at an affordable price and this partnership is the perfect fit for our brand.

“We are excited about playing our part in increasing participation in the game we love across Nottingham.”

Amanda Chambers, managing director of the Nottingham City of Football project (pictured), says: “Precision is a brand synonymous with football across the country and we are delighted to have partnered with a Nottingham-based company with grass roots football at its heart.”

Founded in 2005, Precision is a subsidiary of Reydon Sports.
