We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Ireland team in the role of Technical Sales Representative. • Role Title: Technical Sales Representative
• Location: Ireland
• Reports to: UK&I Director

Purpose of Role

• Onboards new accounts and doors, providing retail staff training and support
• Ensures retail staff are engaged and trained on-going in line with agreed call cycle
• Elevates the instore consumer experience, ensuring the delivery of our groundbreaking service proposition
• Is a brand ambassador representing and promoting the company, in & out of store
• Delivery of key account sell-through and service KPI’s and targets

Key Responsibilities

• Onboards new accounts and doors, training retail staff on relevant technology, products and service processes
• Provides on-going retail training and coaching to support the customer experience and drive rate of sale
• Uplifts the FootBalance brand & service proposition in line with approved standards & seasonal campaigns
• Working with UK sales management, agrees and implements sales, marketing and training initiatives to drive sell-through of FootBalance products
• Conducts structured retail visits in line with agreed call cycle, store priorities & journey plan
• Supports community initiatives to build brand awareness and engagement, including events & club evenings

Knowledge, Competencies & Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience working in a high service level retail or consumer-facing environment
• A natural empathy for training & coaching
• Strong planning, organisation & time management skills in order to balance numerous & diverse tasks
• A self-starter, able to work with limited supervision
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
• Target driven with a desire to deliver outstanding results
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings & weekends
