Canterbury and RAF Rugby Union unveil limited edition WW1 commemorative shirt

The design depicts a WW1 fighter pilot standing in front of his aircraft, complemented by the iconic remembrance poppy and final line of the Ode of Remembrance - We will remember them.

The shirt is in support of the Royal British Legion and will see a donation from every shirt sale given to the charity.

To ensure fans receive their WW1 commemorative shirt ahead of remembrance Sunday, Canterbury will be offering free next day delivery on all orders made before 12 noon on November 7.

In addition to the commemorative shirt, Canterbury and the RAF Rugby Union have also unveiled the new XVs shirt that, for the first time, is available to purchase due to popular demand.

Fans can also show their support with the new classic long sleeve rugby jersey and RAF Benevolent Fund logo t-shirt, which complete the range.

As with all RAF Rugby Union apparel, a donation from each sale will go to the charities supported by the RAF.

Canterbury CEO Chris Stephenson says: “It is an honour to work with the RAF Rugby Union for a fifth successive year and their charitable work is something we are very proud to support through our shirt sale donations.”
