SportsShoes.com announces Patagonia partnership to further enhance performance apparel offer

Premium online running shoes, running clothing and outdoor gear retailer SportsShoes.com has announced a new retail partnership with outdoor clothing brand Patagonia.

As an activist company, Patagonia acknowledges its responsibility to take consideration of people and across all its operations. Through its commitment to industry leading supply chain transparency, Fair Trade certification, and support of grassroots environmental activism through 1% for the Planet, Patagonia seeks to demonstrate that doing the right thing makes for good and profitable business.

Founded in 1973, California-based Patagonia makes outdoor clothing and gear for the what the company calls ‘silent sports’, namely climbing, hiking, surfing, skiing, snowboarding, fly fishing and trail running.

At Patagonia it’s not only about building the best product, but also ensuring that repairability, and circularity are integrated into the design process to keep your gear in play for longer.

The new range now available to purchase at SportsShoes.com includes men’s and women’s clothing and accessories from Patagonia’s Hike and Trail Collections.

SportsShoes.com was established in 1982. The retailer offers customers more than 17,000 products from 149 global running and outdoor brands. From a running perspective these include Asics, Nike, Adidas, Hoka and New Balance whilst in terms of outdoor they include Haglöfs, Mammut and Rab.

For the year ended 28 February 2021, SportShoes.com announced an increase in sales of 37 per cent to a record £92.2m.
