New Balance celebrates centenary

Says Alistair Cameron, managing director for Europe, Middle East and Africa: “2006 provides a real and important moment to reflect on the path New Balance has travelled to reach its brand position in the market today.

“With an order book of plus-25 per cent, in addition to 22 per cent growth year-on-year, and with 2007 looking to deliver 40 per cent growth - excluding exports - New Balance has set the stage for the future.

“We are happy and proud to have such a strong New Balance team. Doing it ‘the NB way’ has made all the difference, and as we look forward to the challenges ahead with the greatest of confidence we can take a special pride in the company’s continued commitment to UK manufacture.”
