Hytro extend deal with St Helens as official BFR training partner

{desc}

Hytro has announced an extension to its partnership with rugby league club St Helens as its official BFR training partner.

Players will continue to train with the Hytro tee, but this year will also see them add the new Hytro BFR Elite Shorts to their training regime to further improve performance and speed up their recovery.

The deal will also allow Hytro advertising and usage rights at games and online, as well as access to players and training staff for Hytro marketing content.

Matt Daniels, St Helens, head of strength and conditioning, said: “It’s been great working with Hytro BFR on bringing blood flow restriction safely and effectively into our training programmes. Seeing the results first hand has meant the players have really bought into using the products and being able to use them simultaneously across the whole team has been a revelation in maximising recovery off the pitch to improve performance on it.”

Dr Warren Bradley, founder of Hytro, added: “We are delighted to have extended our relationship with Matt and the team at St Helens. As a group of world class elite athletes, we have been working with them closely to ensure they are getting effective results and we look forward to continuing our relationship and seeing Hytro continue to aid their performance and recovery.”

St Helens are one of a rapidly growing roster of elite clubs and athletes using Hytro BFR in their training. Other teams such as Leeds Rhinos, Blackburn Rovers, Rangers FC as well as individuals such as Josh Charnley, Adam Hastings, Chris Billam-Smith and Dan Norton are just a few examples of those reaping the performance rewards of BFR.
