Launched on February 8, the company’s reinvention includes a new-look brand featuring a more engaging onsite experience, a new smartphone app, free gif-making software, completely redesigned customer communications and refreshed brand imagery.
Ride. Eat. Sleep. Repeat places Chain Reaction Cycles at the centre of cycling culture globally, with the launch including a daring new manifesto film that unveils the company’s foundations, updated ethos and passion for cycling.
The move comes as cycling enjoys new levels of popularity across the world, with millions of new and passionate bikers taking to two wheels for commuting, leisure, and sport.
The new brand philosophy, encapsulated by the Ride. Eat. Sleep. Repeat. Mantra, centres on inspiring cyclists to seek their next challenge, be it trail or road, and to help feed their healthy addiction.
A free, multi-function mobile app will be available as part of the launch, downloadable from the App Store and Google Play, offering customers new levels of interaction with the brand, and the Ride.
