CÉBÉ’S REVOLUTIONARY HELMET VERSATILE WINS ISPO GOLD AWARD
Since its beginning in 1892, Cébé has been known for its intrepid spirit and for providing the best gear for core outdoor enthusiasts, creating products that protect daredevils in their wilder challenges. Every year, the ISPO trade show honours the most exceptional sporting goods with the ISPO Award. This award has established itself as a mark of quality in the sporting goods industry. Rewarding over 125 years of expertise and creative design for core mountain lovers, Cébé is proud to announce that its new Versatile helmet has been granted the title of ISPO Award 2021 Gold Winner in the SNOWSPORTS category. Judged by independent experts, products rewarded in this category impressed the jury above all with the impressive combination of quality and sustainability.
VERSATILE – A REVOLUTIONARY AND MODULAR HELMET
The call of virgin slopes often entices riders to hike uphill requiring a significant amount of effort that leads to more heat being generated by the body. This heat calls for extra ventilation to keep the head cool. However as aerodynamics and protection are key when plunging in powdery descents, offering this extra ventilation is a challenge. To solve these apparently unmatchable requirements, Cébé innovates with Ultra Venting System technology. By allowing the upper part of the helmet to be lifted at an angle of 4°, this system allows maximized airflow when it is needed with zero compromise on safety.
New for 2021, this revolutionary and modular helmet is certified for skiing and mountaineering and is the must-have for those who are looking for a helmet for both approach and descent.
