Shrewsbury, ShropshireDistance: 26.2 miles, 13.1 miles, 10 km
Come and join us on International Charles Darwin Day to celebrate his birthday, and where better than in the town of his birth - Shrewsbury. The event will be held at Shrewsbury Sports Village on the purpose built cycle track. The event will have chip timing so you don’t have to worry about counting laps, just enjoy the course and the company of the other runners. Half or full marathon and 10k. Very quick course.

Kingston-Upon-Thames, SurreyDistance: 26.2 miles;13.1 miles
A ﬂat, fast and scenic out and back riverside half and full trail marathon, starting and ﬁnishing at the YMCA Hawker Centre, Kingston Upon Thames. The routes will be very well marked and marshalled throughout, with spectacular views. Bespoke medal to all finishers.;The marathon meanders along the Thames Path out to the far side of Canbury Gardens, then returns along the trail as far as the Barn Elms Rowing Club, turning again out to the far side of Canbury Gardens, which is the ﬁnal turnaround point before the ﬁnish at the YMCA.;The half marathon starts in the opposite direction, goes out to the Kew Gardens car park, where it turns towards Canbury Gardens, which is the ﬁnal turnaround point before coming back to the to ﬁnish at the YMCA.
Bower Ashton, BristolDistance: 45 miles;30 miles
The Winter Green Man Ultra comes in two formats - the 45 mile distance and the 30 mile distance. Both races are held on the same course on the same day and have the same checkpoints and finish, just with differing start locations. The Green Man Ultra 45 is a very challenging full loop of the Community Forest Path, starting and finishing at Ashton Park School just outside the centre of Bristol. The Winter event will run in an anti-clockwise direction.
Challock, KentDistance: 4.37 mile loops;6 hours
We’re not hitting Book Day day exactly, but we’re close, and we’re using this theme mainly as the concept for the medal. Fancy dress is very much encouraged, though absolutely not compulsory, but if you’re looking for an excuse to dress up as one of your favourite characters then here it is! We’re using the very pleasant King’s Wood which is in the heart of Kent between Ashford and Canterbury. It’ll be a moderately challenging trail run as its not a flat place, but there are some lovely downhills to make up for the ups. Complete as many 4.37 mile loops as you wish within the 6 hour time limit.
Halewood, MerseysideDistance: 5 km
A free 5k monthly race which aims is to give runners of all abilities the opportunity to test themselves over the 5k distance in a fully licensed race over an accurately measured course. The race is held over a fast, flat all tarmac surface with PB potential. This is an out and back route down the Liverpool Loop Line from Knowsley Harriers AC HQ - a traffic free route with marshals and a lead bike.;This race is held on the first Saturday of each month, and in 2019 it will raise both funds and awareness of Willowbrook Hospice for the good work it does.
Chesterfield, DerbyshireDistance: 5 km, 1500m
A monthly time trial race held usually on the first Saturday. Race HQ is the Cricket Pavilion, Queen’s Park, Chesterfield. Changing, showers, refreshments available. There is also a 1500m Fun Run for children of all ages, which starts straight after the main race.

Saint Ouen's Village, JerseyDistance: Half Marathon;Half Marathon
The Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management Jersey Half Marathon is a scenic, fast, point to point road race which attracts over 600 runners. Started in 1989, the Jersey Half Marathon is now in its 31st year. A stunning location for this point to point half marathon, which starts from St. Ouen’s Parish Hall, and finishes in Le Jardin de Mer, Waterfront, St.Helier. Follow the coast line of Jersey’s West coast on this fast course and pick up a new pb.;Start Time;09:00am
Cuszco, PeruDistance: 230 km
This is the Manu National Park, deep in the Amazon Rainforest, an unspoilt expanse of boiling jungle and breath-taking cloud forest running from the Andes mountains to the Madre de Dios River. Its lowlands are only accessible by boat, and its impenetrable nature has been why so many are attracted to its dark undergrowth, and it has remained so well preserved. The Jungle Ultra will test your endurance as you run 230k along tough jungle trails, mountain roads and village tracks, making your way from the Cloud Forest, down 10,500ft to the Amazon jungle below. You will experience virgin forests, diverse wildlife and the tribes of the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest as you complete this 5 stage event.
Walton on Thames, SurreyDistance: 5.3 km;7 hours
The God of Thunder is one of our special extended 7 hour timed events where you can complete as many, or as few, laps as you like of a 5.3km, 3.28 mile, out and back, course along the beautiful River Thames. We welcome all abilities of runner - complete one lap and you’re both a finisher and a winner in our eyes, or keep going and see how far you can get in the full 7 hour time limit and everyone gets the fabulous bespoke finishers’ medal. In 2020 we’re going to bring you medals fit for gods!
Kraichgau, GermanyDistance: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile cycle, 13.1 mile run
The Kraichgau region in southwest Germany is popular as a triathlon hotspot. Known as the land of the 1000 hills, the region offers everything: beautiful scenery, a demanding race course, and a culture representative of our sport. The big triathlon-weekend starts this year on Friday evening with the first Iron Girl on German ground. Saturday afternoon the youngsters will compete in the IRONKIDS, before some of the fastest short course athletes will race in the Triathlon Bundesliga over the sprint distance in the evening. On Sunday, besides the IRONMAN 70.3, there will be the Sparkasse 5i50 Kraichgau powered by KraichgauEnergie over the Olympic Distance. Thousands of spectators along the course make the race the ideal experience for every athlete.
Rapperswil-Jona, SwitzerlandDistance: 1.2 mile swim, 56 mile cycle, 13.1 mile run
Featuring the steps of the infamous ‘Stairway to Heaven’ - they may hurt on race day but you will never forget the experience - this is a spectacular course steeped with history. IRONMAN 70.3 Switzerland offers all advantages of this beautiful country: a swim course in the crystal-clear waters of Upper Lake Zurich, a marvellous landscape on the two loops bike course, a half marathon through the medieval parts of the old town and along the reeds on the lake shore. Medieval history mixes with impressive landscape to create a truly unique Swiss race experience.
