A rapid 4 lapped course with lots of PB potential awaits runners at Nonsuch Mansion Park in Cheam, Surrey.;This is the 200th 10k Run at Nonsuch Park, and to celebrate, MCC Promotions will pay £200 to the first runner to break 30 minutes at this event. The best time recorded in the MCC Promotions 10K Run Series to date is Aldershot & Farnham District Runner Adam Clarke, with 30 minutes 58 seconds, set at Bromley in 2016.;Start Time;10:00am

St John's Town of Dalry, Castle Douglas, Dumfries and GallowayDistance: 100 miles
Take on 100 historic miles across the beautiful Southern Upland Way. Starting at St John’s Town of Dalry and finishing in Melrose, ultrarunners will take on some of the greatest trails in Britain, passing the Striding Arches of Benbrake and the Covenant’s mMemorial at Allan’s Cairn, before reaching checkpoints at Sanquhar and Scotland’s highest village - Wanlockhead, with the brilliant ascent of Lowther Hill (701m).;The race also takes in wonderful trails at the Daer Reservoir, the glorious Craigmichen Scar, St. Mary’s Loch, Minch Moor and the Three Brethren. A Landmark Race with GB Ultras support and Live Online Tracking via GB Race Tracker. The trail is way-marked as one of Scotland’s Great Trails and is a UTMB Qualifying Race.
St John's Town of Dalry, Castle Douglas, Dumfries and GallowayDistance: 50 miles
Runners will take on 50 miles of some of the greatest trails in Scotland along the glorious Southern Upland Way. Starting at St John’s Town of Dalry, the remarkable forests and valleys and the majestic mountains of southern Scotland await. The race takes in the Striding Arches of Benbrake, the Covenant’s Memorial at Allan’s Cairn, the town of Sanquhar, and the highest village in Scotland - Wanlockhead, surrounded by its wonderful scenery with the ascent of Lowther Hill (701m) looming, amongst many other amazing sights.;A truly memorable landmark race with amazing support and live online tracking via GB Race Tracker. The trail is way-marked as one of Scotland’s Great Trails and is a UTMB Qualifying Race. 2560m of ascent.
Cuxton, Rochester, KentDistance: 3.7 - 4.4 mile loops;8 hours
This course is so pretty we thought we’d give you the opportunity to savour it for longer, and twice! This event has a time limit of 8 hours to run as many of the 3.7 - 4.4 mile loops as you can or want! Spring is a lovely season at Ranscombe and all being well the woods will be heavy with bluebells and many other Spring flowers.;The Ranscombe Spring Challenge doesn’t quite fit in with our quest to bring you flatter and more mud free courses, but when you experience running round this beautiful rural reserve on rolling chalk downland trail amidst an array of wildflowers, wildlife and views over North Kent and the Medway you’ll understand why we couldn’t resist. The ultimate challenge in Jersey - the North Coast - twice! Our Ultra is 40 miles starting from St Catherines Breakwater, making your way to Grosnez via the beautiful and dramatic coastal path, a little loop out to Le Tacq, then heading back along the same route to St Catherines. One way is tough, but there and back is monumental! One will of iron needed….;7,000ft of elevation, numerous beautiful sights, run solo or as a two person relay.;Start Time;08:00am
Halewood, MerseysideDistance: 5 km
A free 5k monthly race which aims is to give runners of all abilities the opportunity to test themselves over the 5k distance in a fully licensed race over an accurately measured course. The race is held over a fast, flat all tarmac surface with PB potential. This is an out and back route down the Liverpool Loop Line from Knowsley Harriers AC HQ - a traffic free route with marshals and a lead bike.;This race is held on the first Saturday of each month.
Chesterfield, DerbyshireDistance: 5 km, 1500m
A monthly time trial race held usually on the first Saturday. Race HQ is the Cricket Pavilion, Queen’s Park, Chesterfield. Changing, showers, refreshments available. There is also a 1500m Fun Run for children of all ages, which starts straight after the main race.
