Women in Football’s new Corporate Membership programme is designed to drive forward gender diversity

Women in Football’s new Corporate Membership programme is designed to drive forward gender diversity and make ‘change from within’ across the football industry.

Corporate Membership provides everyone from clubs and governing bodies to media and sponsors access to a unique range of top-level services.

Aiming to create an active working relationship between Women in Football and the employers, we will use our vast experience and expertise to support them in becoming truly ‘gender-friendly’ employers.

The principle is simple - in return for an initial membership fee, a Corporate Member will be able to select from an extensive costed menu of expertise to ensure a bespoke programme suits their individual requirements.

Services on offer are in key areas ranging from assessment of organisation culture to fostering inclusive team dynamics, as well as support to the female workforce with group coaching, leadership courses and mentoring.

Each component is designed to support member organisations towards becoming fully gender inclusive.

Brighton & Hove Albion FC will be the first Corporate Member to enjoy this exciting new programme.

If you would like to find out more or if your organisation would like to join the Corporate Member programme please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).

We look forward to welcoming you on board!
