The National Running Show announces new high-profile exhibitors

The National Running Show has announced the latest exhibitors and partners to sign up to its inaugural event at the NEC, Birmingham, on 20th and 21st January 2018.

The new exhibitors are My Sports and More, 12in12, Manuka Sports and Buggy Running, with Runfies the newest partner to come on board. These latest five names join some of the UK’s most trusted running brands and communities already secured by The National Running Show, including UKRunChat, Run Mummy Run, Men’s Running Magazine, Women’s Running Magazine, Race Solutions, Xtra Mile Events and more.

The UK’s first dedicated non-race affiliated event solely for runners, The National Running Show is targeted at runners of all ages and abilities. Its January debut is timely, giving runners the chance to adopt their kit and technology brand preferences pre-race season and to safely plan their training, nutrition and race calendar for the year.

Of the new exhibitors, My Sports and More is an online sports retailer excelling in customer service and quality. Selling a wide range of sports clothing and accessories for adults and juniors, My Sports and More also specialises in the hire of GoPro cameras and unique branded apparel for sport through My Sports Club.

12in12 is an online community encouraging its members to walk, jog or run 12 events in 12 months. With the aim of getting everyone to have fun and keep active, rather than stop after one race, members can mix and match their events, log their progress online and receive support from 12in12’s fully qualified coaches and growing community.

Inspired by the many natural health and energy-giving properties of Manuka honey, Manuka Sport was created to offer the sporting community user-friendly formats for consuming this wonder honey. Products use manuka honey sourced from New Zealand and provide athletes with a great-tasting and easily consumable natural source of energy and electrolytes. The range is expanding to include energy gels, a hydration energy drink and a recovery high protein drink.

Buggy Running is an independent online shop for running buggies, designed to take the hassle out of searching for the right buggy. Founded by lifelong runner and dad Mark Ford, Buggy Running offers customers the unique chance to test and compare running buggies before they buy, with comprehensive information on the benefits and preferred terrain of each running buggy on the market.

The newest partner of The National Running Show, Runfies of the world, is a Facebook group with an active member’s area where people from around the world share their ‘runfies’. A selfie taken before, during or after a run, the ‘runfie’ has become an easy way for runners to share the places they run, the medals they earn and the inevitable highs and lows of running.

Mike Seaman, Director of Racoon Events, commented: “We are delighted to welcome our latest line-up of exhibitors to The National Running Show. These great brands and communities make the show a must-do event for anyone with any interest in running, as each offers something to enhance a runner’s journey, no matter their ability. Many of these names are already well known in the running industry and it will be thrilling to have them all under one roof in January”.
