Luke Tyburski to support 401 Foundation

Luke Tyburski has chosen to support the 401 Foundation as he announces his 500 man challenge.

The 401 Foundation was set up by Ben Smith, who ran 401 marathons in 401 days. Their aim to help people build their confidence and self-esteem along with tackling mental health and self-development issues, by financially supporting local community projects and individuals directly.

Charlotte Pinder, partnership manager for the 401 Foundation, said: “After running together on The Towpath Challenge, Luke and Ben found a mutual appreciation of supporting mental health in the UK. As Luke takes on his next challenge we are delighted that he has chosen to support The 401 Foundation by raising money for us.

“Luke’s 500 Man challenge see him take on a 500 kilometre triathlon. Starting at Sheperton Lake and finishing in Richmond Park he is also embodying the spirit of inclusion that the foundation is all about by encouraging people to come and join him, weather that be for the whole thing or just a small section of the event.

“We are delighted that Luke has chosen our Foundation for this challenge and is truly a reflection of our ethos that it is all about support for your local community by engaging so many sports people to join him on this event.”
