401 Foundation aims to hit crowdfunding target

The 401 Foundation is a registered charity that supports local community projects and individuals that build confidence and self esteem, whilst tackling mental health and self development issues all around the UK.

The 401 Foundation has officially launched its very first Crowdfunder Campaign.

The aim of the campaign is to raise £104,401 by May 25. In an all or nothing attempt, it’s been designed to help finance the operational setup of The 401 Foundation so they become grant ready by April 2019.

The money will be used to help build a bespoke grant operating tool, develop their portfolio of events, expand their team and enable the foundation to secure premises in Bristol. Achieving these will ensure the future sustainability of the foundation.

The challenge is on, if they don’t hit their £104,401 target by May 25 they get nothing. Currently they have achieved £19k since the launch on April 22 live at The Virgin London Marathon. With over 350 backers already it’s looking promising, but they need your help.

Anyone wishing to get more information about this campaign should contact Ben Smith directly by email, at ben@the401.foundation
