HI-TEC powers Padraig to victory again

Padraig Harrington, the Irish professional golfer and HI-TEC sponsored player, certainly proved that power comes from your feet by becoming the first European in 102 years to win the British Open back to back.

Harrington, powered by his HI-TEC CDT Super Power shoes, finished four shots clear of Ian Poulter after a stirring finish that saw him play his final six holes in four under par. The £750,000 winner's cheque also guarantees Harrington's place in Europe's Ryder Cup for the match against the States in September, catapulting him from 14th to a career-high third in the world rankings.
