Location: West Sussex

Due to our continuing business expansion, Brooks Sports Ltd., the highly respected specialist running company, are creating the new post of a dedicated Marketing Manager.

The role will encompass the management and responsibility of the marketing budget to include media advertising, in-store promotions and promoting the brand through races and various running related events. Experience of managing and implementing a Company marketing strategy would be a major advantage.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with, and report to, the Managing Director.
Ideally the candidate will have experience of the running shoe and apparel business and be happy to be part of a small, tightly knit team. The Candidate will also come from a proven background of marketing (possibly with some qualifications in this area); already hold a position of Marketing Manager or Senior Assistant Marketing Manager; and, essentially, be computer literate, self motivated, enthusiastic and have excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will work from our offices in Steyning, West Sussex – which is a non smoking environment. Some international travel can be expected. The selected applicant will be offered a competitive salary, bonus scheme and company car.
