TEVA EMBARKS ON NEW ADVENTURE TO LIVE BETTER STORIES
Teva, the adventure footwear brand that prides itself by connecting everyday life with the outdoors and travel, is planning to embark on an adventure of its own in 2011. Teva has unveiled an ambitious expansion and brand growth plan that will progress it from being a seasonal sandal company to a year round footwear brand with a strong product offering and a compelling marketing story.
Underpinning this brand direction is the new campaign ‘Live Better Stories’. Through the new product collection and marketing initiatives, Teva are encouraging people to get out there and live better stories. All Teva products include innovative technologies to maximize the performance and enjoyment of the product for adventure and outdoors activities on land, on water and in-between.
The concept of ‘Live Better Stories’ references the idea of escaping the daily grind of the office and instead of sitting daydreaming about doing more exciting things – just grabbing the moment and allowing your inner adventurer to break free. By actually motivating yourself to embrace the euphoria of adventure you can create your own journeys – ones that will make you feel truly alive and enable you to make your own stories.

Kasper Schmeichel has launched his own range of goalkeeping gloves with Precision Goalkeeping.
Precision Training TV met with Kasper at the Leeds United training ground to talk about the new range and pick up some goalkeeping tips.
The son of former Manchester United legend, Peter Schmeichel, has signed an ambassadorial agreement with Precision Goalkeeping which will include the release of the "Schmeichel" range.
The former Danish under 21 International, who signed for Leeds United this summer following spells with Manchester City and Notts County, has been working closely with the brand to design and develop the new range.
Schmeichel, 23, said; "I am delighted to have signed a partnership with Precision Goalkeeping.
"I had a number of other options but after testing the gloves I was overwhelmed by the quality and performance of the gloves, particularly the grip.
"The opportunity to design and develop my own gloves was something I couldn't turn down and I can't wait to see them on the shelves.
"As a goalkeeper it is vitally important that you trust the gloves you are wearing and I couldn't be happier with them."
Schmeichel will be wearing a negative cut glove made from supersoft latex, adorned with the Danish flag and coloured white and gold.

Liquid Mountaineering is a new sport which is attempting to achieve what man has tried to do for centuries: walk on water. Or to be more precise: running on water. We are developing the sport from scratch. By accident we found out that with the right water repellent equipment you can run across bodies of water, just like a stone skimming the surface.
Liquid mountaineering is performed by professionals under professional supervision. Accordingly I must insist that attempting to do so is dangerous.

Thierry Daniel Henry (French pronunciation: [tjɛʁi ɑ̃ˈʁi]; born 17 August 1977) is a French footballer who plays for Spanish La Liga club Barcelona and the French national team as a striker.
Henry was born and brought up in the tough neighbourhood of Les Ulis, Essonne—a suburb of Paris—where he played for an array of local sides as a youngster and showed great promise as a goal-scorer. He was spotted by AS Monaco in 1990 and signed instantly, making his professional debut in 1994. Good form led to an international call-up in 1998, after which he signed for the Italian defending champions Juventus. He had a disappointing season playing on the wing, before joining Arsenal for £10.5 million in 1999.
It was at Arsenal that Henry made his name as a world-class footballer. Despite initially struggling in the Premiership, he emerged as Arsenal's top goal-scorer for almost every season of his tenure there. Under long-time mentor and coach Arsène Wenger, Henry became a prolific striker and Arsenal's all-time leading scorer with 226 goals in all competitions. The Frenchman won two league titles and three FA Cups with the Gunners; he was twice nominated for the FIFA World Player of the Year, was named the PFA Players' Player of the Year twice, and the Football Writers' Association Footballer of the Year three times. Henry spent his final two seasons with Arsenal as club captain, leading them to the UEFA Champions League final in 2006. In June 2007, after eight years with Arsenal, he transferred to FC Barcelona for a fee of €24 million. His first honours with the Catalan club came in 200809 when they won the league and cup double.
Henry has enjoyed similar success with the French national squad, having won the 1998 FIFA World Cup and Euro 2000. In October 2007, he surpassed Michel Platini's record to become France's top goal-scorer of all time. Off the pitch, as a result of his own experience, Henry is an active spokesperson against racism in football. His footballing style and personality have ensured that he is one of the most commercially marketable footballers in the world; he has been featured in advertisements for Nike, Reebok, Renault, Pepsi and Gillette.
