Following successful industry think tanks in 2008, where speakers included The London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games and Sport England, the Federation of Sports and Play Associations is holding a sports industry think tank dinner early in the new year for members of its sporting goods (SGIA) and golf (BGIA) associations.
The event, being held at Soho Hotel, London on January 19, focuses on the topic of retail and welcomes highly acclaimed guest speaker Brendon Dorian from Global Retail Network, who will initiate an interesting debate on the subject of ‘Thinking like a customer’.
Due to the event’s focus, a number of leading retailers have also been invited to attend free of charge in order to open up debate with FSPA member CEOs during the networking dinner.
The event will also address the UK sporting goods industry and how the FSPA’s Sporting Goods Industry Association is supporting its members through various new initiatives. This event is one of many exclusive benefits members gain through being a part of the FSPA and the SGIA.
