Competition Details

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is the world’s premier mixed martial arts (MMA) organisation. MMA is an incredibly technical and sophisticated sport. Pitting athletes together who specialise in a variety of disciplines; from Karate to Jiu-Jitsu, Olympic Wrestling to Judo and Muay Thai.

The UFC has been the leading force in making MMA one of the world’s fastest growing sports. After a hugely successful event at Wembley Arena on 16th February 2013, which saw the interim Bantamweight Championship belt contended, the UFC will be returning to Europe on 6th April to the Globe Arena in Stockholm, Sweden.

Headlining this card will be an explosive clash between Alexander “The Mauler” Gustafsson and Gegard “The Dreamcatcher” Mousasi. With UK fan favourites Ross “The Real Deal” Pearson, Brad “One Punch” Pickett and Phil de Fries also featuring on the card, and a highly anticipated debut from Conor “Notorious” McGregor who has created waves on the UK MMA scene before signing with the UFC.

Limited tickets are still available from Ticnet.se, or you can watch the action on ESPN from 9:45pm.
